We were delighted with Steve and the team at Blackwoods Constructions. From the early stages of tender, contract negotiation and during the rebuild/renovate Blackwoods were professional and "on the job". Finishing on time- was critical to us before the birth of our third child and Steve ensured that our house was complete before the contract completions date. Most impressive were the project management skills to ensure our house was close to budget and the quality of the finished product. We love our house!. We would recommend Blackwoods for both building and renovations.

Blackwoods Constructions were a dream to work with from the start. Steve was well prepared for our first meeting, making our experience hassle free. Our renovation (basically a rebuild) was completed on time and on budget. At all times Steve's team were a pleasure to deal with, showing strong attention to detail which is evident in the finished product. We are extremely happy with our home and would highly recommend Blackwoods Constructions to anyone looking to build or rennovate.

Walls have been finished in stucco in subtly various shades of green darker towards the core, lighter closer to the windows. "I'd seen the finish in a french magazine and showed it to the builder", says the owner, who has nothing but praise for the builder Steve Kavanagh of Blackwoods Constructions."
